I have just installed NSIS 2.47 on my new Windows 10 laptop. Immediately after the installation, when the program popped up, I got a missing file error from Help. See the attached image.
Also, when I tried to look at the NSIS Documentation on NSIS 2.47, I got a similar error message. See the attached image. I am wondering if I have a problem with my Help display system.
For future reference, since I just had this happen again with 3.02, it is caused by hhc.exe getting too much on the environment. It crashes and produces a corrupted CHM file. The solution is in Docs\src\SConscript in a function that was called new_spawn() and is now called env_trimming_spawn(). It nukes the envorinment for hhc.exe and starts it with nothing.

There is some sort of issue with the HTML help compiler on the machine that produced the final build, we will make a new release soon.
Thanks. Fixed.
