  • ssri, this is the wrong place for support questions. But to answer your question anyway, you need to specify the cipher-suite (e.g. -C2 or -C3) since v1.8.12 changed the default cipher-suite to -C1 (no encryption or authentication). The default has since been changed back to -C3 for the next release of ipmitool since many folks ran into the same issue as you.
  • Is anyone getting the following error with 1.81.12 version in the lanplus interface ? "Error in open session response message: no matching integrity payload" I am compiling 1.8.12 with all necessary libraries listed with crypto lib and openssl-devel....the same target responds fine with 1.8.11 version... Any thoughts that anyone can share please? Thanks Ssri
