Error on reparse with JAVADOC_COMMENT

When I rerun Jalopy on a file that Jalopy has placed
a <JAVADOC_COMMENT> in (very useful...) I get an
exception...won't repeat it here it's easy enough to
reproduce...

This may be a "feature" but it would be nice if
Jalopy output a warning instead rather than throwing
an exception...

i.e.

WARNING: JAVADOC_COMMENT found, ignoring.
