Custom import sorting rules

We would like import statements to be sorted by
custom rules. We want the imports of our company's
classes to appear last. Now they appear above the
java.* imports since our package names start with de. I
guess adding "up" and "down" buttons to the ui for
imports would do just fine for us :)
