wrong postcript output (comma instead of dot)

I have LANG=cs_CZ and when I try to print (to file).
It generates commas instead of dots in numbers.
example:
2981,73 6627,33 moveto
instead of:
2981.73 6627.33 moveto
It's bacause in cs_CZ there is decimal comma.
Solution:
Locale should not be applied when generating ps output
